Return Policy

We want you to love your Kirmaxx Tool Bag, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase if the following conditions are met:

✅ Eligible Returns Must Meet These Conditions:

• The item must be purchased directly from the official Kirmaxx website.
• The product must be unused, in new condition, with the original hangtag still attached.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• You must contact us at returns@kirmaxx.com to initiate your return and receive detailed instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Kirmaxx does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.

❗ Important Notes:

• Do not send back a product without first emailing support@kirmaxx.com. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
• If your purchase included a promotional or free item, the free item must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the free item has not yet shipped, it will be cancelled.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the above conditions, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
