All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

Orders placed before 3 PM (local time) are typically shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 3 PM are typically shipped within two business days.

We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Kirmaxx Tool Bag, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase if the following conditions are met:

✅ Eligible Returns Must Meet These Conditions:

• The item must be purchased directly from the official Kirmaxx website.
• The product must be unused, in new condition, with the original hangtag still attached.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• You must contact us at returns@kirmaxx.com to initiate your return and receive detailed instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Kirmaxx does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.

❗ Important Notes:

• Do not send back a product without first emailing support@kirmaxx.com. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
• If your purchase included a promotional or free item, the free item must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the free item has not yet shipped, it will be cancelled.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the above conditions, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
